Edge Cleaning

Edge cleaning, cleaning the edges of a carpeted floor, is often difficult when vacuum cleaners can't get right up to the edges without ramming or "skinning" the walls. However, dust and dander that falls here is easy to remove since foot traffic doesn't grind dirt into the floor. You can use an angle broom to brush quickly around the edges before vacuuming. Also, a brush or crevice attachment on a vacuum cleaner can be used. Ensure that your vacuum is airtight and has proper filtration so it won't create more cleaning issues.
