Fall Cleaning

By HC Staff

Back in April of this year, I gave you all the excuses you needed to skip the spring cleaning (see Why You Don’t Have To Spring Clean). But now it’s time to pay the piper.

The article, Good Reasons To "Flip" Your Home Maintenance Routines by the IEHA explains why getting on top of dust and allergens is important in the fall. But I’ll give you a few more good reasons to do fall cleaning:

  • You’re going to be spending a lot of time inside for the next few months.
  • The kids and pets have spent the summer tracking in dirt.
  • Guests might be coming over for various winter festivities.
  • You skipped it in the spring.

To help you find that hidden dirt, consult the Deep Cleaning Starter, written by a member of the HC Staff.

And of course, no ever said you had to do it all yourself. For help finding a team of professionals, consult the Home Cleaning Services Finder.
