$36.95 for the first 4 rooms and $5.50 for each additional room based on average condition and size. The maid brings all supplies or take $5.00 off for your supplies. Mention this ad and receive a $5 discount off your first time cleaning.

Kitchens:

Cobwebs removed, top of refrigerator cleaned, range hood & stove top cleaned, outside of appliance cleaned, cabinet doors cleaned, window sills & frames cleaned, top of door frames dusted, pictures dusted, back splash & countertops cleaned, sink cleaned, ceiling fan blades dusted, inside of microwave cleaned, wastebaskets emptied & relined, floor swept & mopped.

Baths:

Cobwebs removed, tile area behind tub cleaned, tub/shower cleaned, toilet cleaned inside and out, mirror cleaned, sink cleaned, countertop cleaned, cabinet doors cleaned, all chrome polished, pictures dusted, wastebaskets emptied & relined, floor swept & mopped.

Living Room, Dining Room, Bedrooms, and other rooms:

Cobwebs removed, top of door frames dusted, window sills & frames dusted, morrors cleaned, pictures dusted, bed linens changed (if provided), furniture dusted, lamps & lamp shades dusted, ashtrays emptied, ceiling fan blades dusted, wastebaskets emptied & relined, floors swept mopped and vacuumed.
