Maid Brigade of Rockville is a family run business serving the majority of Montgomery County since 1994. Our business is to provide reliable, quality house cleaning to each and every client. We stand behind each and every cleaning done for a client. That’s why we say “Beneath the Clean You’ll Find Sparkling Customer Service”. Hundreds of our clients return week after week, month after month and year after year. We would love to welcome you as a Maid Brigade customer as well.

How do we make sure we have good people to clean for you?

           Most of our employees have been with us for years but we still hire new employees on occasion. Most of our new employees are referred to us by our current staff. We still carefully screen all applicants before they are hired; all personnel are Maid Brigade employees, therefore we do NOT subcontract our services.  All employees are insured (including Worker's Compensation insurance to protect you in case someone is injured on the job) and bonded for all possible contingencies. All employees go through a training program as an extra person in the field.  All teams clean the same homes. All of your instructions are computerized and can be updated at any time. Finally, the supervisor completes a tidiness inspection of every home.

How do we make sure that we are reliable?

           We agree on a set schedule. Your cleaning would be scheduled for a specific day of the week on a regular schedule of your choosing. We will arrive between 8am and 4pm or we assign a morning or afternoon time of arrival. If you need a more specific time, you may phone our office on the day of your service for an approximate time. Our phones are answered from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday with our friendly office staff. We have voice mail for messages after hours. 

           We hire only the best. We are very lucky to be able to hire almost exclusively by referral of our current outstanding staff of cleaners. We still conduct a background check on every employee as part of our screening process. We also work hard to keep additional staff on hand for our most busy times or to fill in if someone is ill or on vacation.

           We provide company cars. This is very important as we never want to be without our best cleaners simply because their car broke down. By providing the car, we can insure that they always have reliable transportation to and from each home.

How do we insure quality on every cleaning?

           Each team has a working supervisor. We promote the best of our staff to a role of supervisor. They insure that a tidiness inspection is completed for every home. We strive to make sure the same team cleans the same home as they will know each of their client’s preferences in their home.

           We provide the best supplies. Maid Brigade assumes the responsibility to equip each team with cleaning solutions we know to work and are safe for your home, family and pets. We only use water soluble, biodegradable and environmentally safe chemicals. We do not use caustic chemicals such as acids, alkalis or liquid bleaches. We bring low-lint, fresh cloths into each home we clean. We equip each team with a state-of-the-art HEPA vacuum which retains 99.7% of particles of 1 micron or larger. When dust goes in, it doesn’t come out!

           We ask for your feedback after every cleaning.  With our Quality Card system, we leave behind a stamped post card after each cleaning. This easy communication tool gives supportive pats on the back for our cleaners’ great work or the ability to communicate a concern.
