We take very seriously our responsibility to equip each team with cleaning solutions we know to work and are safe for your home, family and pets.   In 2007, we started training our teams on HOW to use the microfiber materials for our cleaning & dusting and for heavy-duty disinfecting as well as the proper use of the environmentally-friendly solutions - each home we clean will experience a healthier clean.

As the only housecleaning service that we know of in this area that equips each team with a state-of-the-art 4-LEVEL HEPA vacuum, we are able to retain more than 99.7% of particles of 1 micron or larger. When dust goes in the nozzle, it doesn’t come out the back end!

We hire only the best. We are very lucky to be able to hire almost exclusively by referral We conduct a background check on every employee as part of our screening process and work hard to keep additional staff on hand for our busiest times or to fill in if someone is ill or on vacation. Our employees have been with us on average more than 4 years – unprecedented in this industry, and many for over a decade. Additionally, this Maid Brigade shares ownership with the employees which lends directly to the success of the business and how we treat our customers.

We have a comprehensive training program. Our training involves a series of video, on-the-job and refresher programs. Our employees are given the opportunity to improve their English and computer skills with computer-assisted software purchased by the company.

We have a fully-staffed customer service department. Our praised staff will work closely with you to devise a cleaning plan that meets your expectations and time constraints. All of your instructions are recorded in our database and communicated to the team assigned to you. Anytime you need to change your service or information, we record it and act on it immediately. We also supply you with a copy of your annual schedule; call you within 24 hours to remind you of your first scheduled service and notify you of any conflicting holidays so that we assist you with rescheduling. Your time is precious and we respect that. Our LIVE customer service staff is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

We have a supervisor on-site with every cleaning. The supervisor completes a tidiness inspection of every home, EVERY TIME. We also provide Quality Assurance Supervisors on-call and visiting homes on a daily basis to ensure we provide you with the best service possible. Some of these inspections are scheduled and some are surprise visits. We like to clean as if a white gloved inspector follows every job.

We provide safe, reliable company vehicles and uniformed teams.   By providing our maid teams with uniforms and a fuel-efficient, safe and clean vehicle, you can rest assured they will arrive at your home and easily be identified as a Maid Brigade employee.

We ask for feedback after every cleaning.  With our Quality Card system, we leave behind a postage paid post card after each cleaning. This easy communication tool gives supportive pats on the back for our cleaners’ great work or the ability to communicate a concern. It also assists us to improve upon our processes, training and service initiatives.
