Sanitizers are anti-microbial agents considered capable of greatly reducing the number of, but not necessarily eliminating, microorganisms on a surface. Sanitizers have been proven capable of reducing at least 99.9 percent of the number of each test microorganism as compared with a parallel “control” test surface, to which nothing is applied.
