"I stand them up,” she says of envelopes and packets. "It's easy to find what you're looking for, and they stay neat."
She adds, "I use those little plastic boxes that you find to hold pens and 'stuff' at dollar stores, in office and school supply sections. The one I use for holding mixes is five by six inches.
"But any little boxes can do. My daughter even made a box with popsicle sticks. I just picked up a recipe box at a garage sale for a quarter. It's holding all the Box Tops for Education and Campbell soup labels until it's time to send them to school. Get creative. You'll be surprised what you can come up with."
