*All areas dusted, *mirrors cleaned, *window sills wiped, *fingerprints wiped from woodwork, doors, switch plates, *vacuum under bed (if accessible), *trash emptied, *baseboards wiped down, *lamp shades dusted, *carpet vacuumed, *cobwebs removed, *overall appearance left neat and tidy.

*Tub/sinks/tile/chrome/vanity/sills cleaned, *toilet scrubbed, *mirrors cleaned, *sills wiped down, *trash emptied, *baseboards/floors washed, *area rugs vacuumed.

Hallways:

*Baseboards/picture frames dusted, *fingerprints wiped from woodwork/doors/switchplates, *carpet vacuumed or floors washed.

Kitchen:

*countertops/backsplash cleaned, *cabinet fronts washed, *trash emptied, *sinks scrubbed, *microwave (inside and outside cleaned), *outside of oven, top of stove, and outside of refrigerator cleaned, *fingerprints wiped from woodwork/doors/switchplates, *floor washed

Living room & or other indoor rooms:

*furniture dusted, *glass tables cleaned, *baseboards/picture frames dusted, *window sills wiped, *lamp shades dusted, *tile/hardwood floors damp mopped, *carpets vacuumed, *cobwebs removed, *furniture cushions straightened, *fingerprints wiped from woodwork/doors/switchplates, *overall appearance left neat.

Extra task assignments:

The following services may be available with prior advance notice and at additional charge. These items are not considered everytime cleaning tasks.

*wash windows inside, *wash walls, *empty, wipe and replace items inside the cabinets/closets/hutches, *clean chandeliers and/or globes, *clean inside oven (pease run self-cleaning ovens the night before)/ and or refrigerator, *wipe down plastic or real plants, *laundry, *dishes
