These services are also great for anyone who is disabled or who just can't find the time to do these things for themselves. NEW! We now offer home visiting for those clients who take business trips or go on vacation! This convieniant service includes but is not limited to: feeding pets, medicating them if requested, gathering mail and newspapers, and watering plants. Our rates start at $15 per visit. Not many things can top the feeling of walking into a freshly cleaned home after a long, hard day of work. It's difficult to quote a price with accuracy without first seeing the space. That is why we have free cleaning consultations, where we come to your home or business and you show us around. These usually take about 20 minutes and it's a good chance for us to get to know you and your cleaning needs. I will say that our Residential Cleaning prices are not based on square footage alone, which is definately an advantage to you. There are many couples who live in large homes that have very minimal furniture, no children or pets. For situations like these square footage estimation would get scary. We base our pricing decisions on amount of furniture and knick knacs, number of children and pets, types of flooring and so on.
