Medallion offers 3 basic services: First, we are an inspection company. Certified by IESO (Indoor Environment Standards Organization) and our own Medallion IAQ Course. This translates to professional sampling capabilities as well as indoor contamination inspections. Simply put, we inspect for any type of indoor environmental problems. Second, we have a solution for the problems that we find. Generally 75-80% of the time our Ozone Shock Treatment is the remedy. In extreme contamination problems we may call in other professionals to assist in the remediation process or refer the client to another source for the solution. Third, we have a maintenance program for all buildings: we call our system the Terminator and it involves installation of a UV Germicidal System in the air ducts or air conditioning systems. This purifies the air before it enters the indoor environment and insures the client of a clean fresh air supply at all times. If there is not a forced air or air conditioning system in the home or building we have a free standing UV Germicidal system that is the next best thing.

Our Ozone Shock Treatment involves placing our UV Ozone generators throughout an uninhabited home or building and depending on the type of contamination, leaving the generators run for 4-8 hours. This gives the Nitric Oxide free ozone the time to oxidize all the contaminants in the indoor environment and leave the space odor and bacteria free. The process works wondors on all odors (smoke, pet, cooking and chemical) as well as allergens, bacteria and viruses.
