At Master’s Touch Carpet Care we use the recommended cleaning process that complies with the Warranty guidelines set forth by leading carpet manufacturers such as Mohawk and Shaw. Our process does not damage or remove the original built in stain protection from your carpet. In fact, carpet manufacturers require that for your carpet warranty to remain valid you need to have them cleaned by an IICRC-certified firm using IICRC-certified technicians. You can find our firm listed on the IICRC.org website. Another one of the requirements is to use CRI Seal of Approval cleaning detergents that are superior in removing soil without damaging the carpet. Our company meets all of these requirements. Our cleaning detergents are also Green Seal Certified which means they are not harmful for your health, and are safe for the environment. Our cleaning system uses water that is in excess of 200 degrees and also recovers 98% of the water used in the cleaning process. We want to provide you with the most outstanding service experience ever!   Thank You.
