Basice home cleaning serives include all rooms dusted, vacuumed, kitchen and bathroom sanitized. We wipe down cabinets, outside of appliances and wipe down windowsills and baseboards. All supplies are brought with us, including vacuumes. Home cleaning range from $60-150 depending on frequency and size of home.
Additional services include;
Decoration removal and box up - $60-100 depending on amount of work
Laundry - wash and fold/hang up - $10/load, put away - additional $7 load
Windows - first 5 is $25, each additional is $5.00 (inside and out, first floor outside only)
Fridge or oven cleaning - included in move out prices, if requested for regular housecleaning - $40 for fridge clean out, sanizite and organize; $30 for oven cleaning
Move outs - military move outs (PCS) $200 including windows
Move outs - regular, range from $150 - $300 depending on size and condition of property
Garage clean out - this is usually scheduled about 3 weeks in advance. Garages need to be sprayed for bugs before cleaning out begins; Services include wiping down of shelves, organizing loose tools and equipment, sweep and mop of floor. Also includes removal of cobwebs and spot cleaning of walls.
