Brian Bock brings 16 years experience in the carpet cleaning industry. He is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration Certification as an IICRC Master Textile Cleaner, which is one the highest levels of cleaning certification in the industry.

He has also worked as an industry instructor teaching other cleaners all over the United States. Is a founding member and current officer of the local chapter of the Society for Cleaning and Restoration Technicians (S.C.R.T.) is a certified Wool Care Specialist by Wools of New Zealand which is one of the most respected wool producers in the world. He started out with a major national franchise and now he owns and operates a successful carpet, upholstery, area rug, tile & grout cleaning company in the Kansas City area with his business partner and fellow IICRC Master Textile Cleaner Bryan Renyer. Bock’s Steam Star boasts having one of the only firms in the area with 2 Master Textile Cleaners on staff.

 

Brian and Bryan still work hands on with many clients and employees on a daily basis and have a firm commitment to education and professionalism in the industry. In fact Bock’s Steam Star still does business the old fashioned way, face to face by giving complimentary consultations to homeowners and businesses prior to scheduling any work
