Penobscot Cleaning Services, Inc. was established in 1976. We serve all of Penobscot and Hancock counties out of our two locations: 565 Wilson Street Brewer and 211 Bar Harbor Rd, Trenton. We also offer limited services in parts of Waldo, Washington, Piscataquis and Somerset counties.
Penobscot Cleaning Services, Inc. has technicians certified in the following fields: Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery / Drapery Cleaning, Water and Sewer Damage Restoration, and Fire Damage Restoration. They have earned credits in Practical Psychrometry (The "Art" of Drying).
Our Carpet Cleaning Methods
Steam Cleaning: Pre-Vacuum, Pre-treat, Pre-spot, Deodorize, Steam Extraction, Post Groom Carpet. (Dries in 6-8 hours, depending on soiling, density of the carpet, and humidity conditions.)
Rotary Dry Bonnet: Pre-vacuum, Pre-treat, Pre-spot, Dry Bonnet Shampoo, Post Groom Carpet. (Dries in about 2 hours.) Not recommended for heavily soiled carpets.
