April Lane’s Home Cleaning provides Standard Cleaning Services for regularly scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly house cleaning or one time special services. Optional Cleaning Services are available to help customize your home cleaning. To ease your other household chores we offer Specialized Services that range from carpet, window and gutter cleaning to handyman and gardening services. We work with you to customize your cleaning to meet your specific needs.

It’s Easy to Get Started. With some basic information on the type of service you desire and size of your home we will give you an over-the phone estimate and discuss ways to customize your cleaning. Call us to get started.

My First Day of Cleaning. Your initial cleaning is an hourly service which brings your home to our regular maintenance level. We work from a list of priorities so the things most important to you get done. You pay for the actual hours worked and are in control of the price you pay because of our no risk booking policy.

Home Cleaning Services

• On-going Service. Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly fixed rate cleanings with a professional cleaner who is assigned to your home. On-going includes our Standard Cleaning Tasks. We give you an over-the-phone quote and discuss your cleaning priorities. After the initial hourly cleaning, on-going services are for a fixed rate on a regular schedule. Optional Cleaning Tasks can further customize your home cleaning.
• Occasional Cleaning. Hourly cleaning on an occasional basis with a cleaner working from your written list of priorities. Contact the office manager to discuss your specific needs.
• Move-in and Move-out. These cleanings make your moving chores easier. They are billed hourly and cleaners work from a written list of client priorities to clean an empty house or apartment. See our move-out sheet.
• Post Construction Cleanings. These empty house cleanings are billed hourly and use a written list of priorities from our client.
