Premier Cleaning service is a small business located in central SC. We specialize in post construction clean up of new homes and offices. We are fully licensed and insured. We offer quality work at very competitive rates. Our services include but are not limited to:

Complete interior cleaning

(a) removal of all debris

(b) vacuuming all carpets

(c) mopping all floors

(d) adding floor finish all tile/linoleum

(e) cleaning all bathroom fixtures

(f) cleaning all mirrors/light fixtures

(g) cleaning all interior windows-including tracks

(h) dusting all baseboards/door trims

(i) vacuuming all cabinets inside

(j) Oiling all woodwork/cabinet doors

(k) removal of paint drops (small amts)

(l)addition of all natural air freshener to clean carpets

Our rates are .15 sq ft in the Richland, Lexington, Kershaw and Sumter counties of SC. Other counties are .17 sq ft. Out of state (NC, Ga, only) .20 sq ft.
