The days of scrubbing hard-to-clean areas with a toothbrush are over thanks to the SonicScrubber. Consumers now have strong cleaning power in a hand-held unit that eliminates the back-and-forth scrubbing that comes with toothbrush cleaning.

SonicScrubber comes in three versions - Kitchen and Household, Bathroom and Pro Detailer - and the packages are color coded to make grabbing the right model easy. The manufacturer says the SonicScrubber reduces cleaning time and energy by 50-75% on odious household cleaning tasks. In the kitchen, put it to work removing food spills from around stovetops, cleaning microwaves and around faucets, and removing scuff marks from floors. You can even use it to clean muddy shoes - though you hopefully won't find those in the kitchen.

The lightweight 7-oz. unit comes with 4 "AA" alkaline batteries - no electric cord to become tangled - and has an internal "o" ring for a water-tight seal. Features include high-speed sonic oscillation and push-button power with high torque. The SonicScrubber can be used with water or your favorite household cleaner.

The SonicScrubber typically retails for $12.99. Brush packs, which can be purchased separately for $10 or less, come with four easily interchangeable heads for different cleaning jobs. Look for this product at retail locations nationwide including Schucks, Albertson's, home improvement stores and specialty retailers.
