Rating Disclaimer
Reviewing products, like reviewing movies or restaurants, is arguably a subjective process (even for well-funded consumer groups) based on the review criteria (what the reviewer considers important) and the unique perspective of the reviewer. Thus, when considering The Housekeeping Channel's reviews, please do not use the numerical product ratings (e.g., "9.5 out of 10") for direct product comparison purposes since these represent the unique 'take' of each reviewer, and will often vary qualitatively and quantitatively from product to product.
Do rely on the text of the reviews for issues to consider when purchasing similar products, and do consider the scientific data supplied (for example, information from the Carpet and Rug Institute's Seal of Approval-related research) that will help you in your decision making process. We believe the "truth" about products can only be discovered by weighing, then averaging, a number of factors and credible viewpoints based on available resources and science, then making buying decisions based on what is important to you.

We at Quality Cleaning Maid to Order used Jeff Campbell’s The Clean Team Red Juice in the course of our professional cleaning for 2 weeks in a wide variety of homes and situations. We were pleased with the results and found Red juice to be a great all purpose cleaner.

We loved the fact that it was odor-free, non-toxic, Ph neutral, and made from biodegradable ingredients including seaweed and soybean extracts. These features combine to form a product that's great for kitchen clean-up, as it's USDA approved for use around food.
The manufacturer claims that Red Juice is a heavy duty cleaner, but we found that it was not quite potent enough to earn that label. However, it served very well as an all purpose cleaner, and handled most common grime well.
Finally, to top it all off, we found it to be of tremendous value due to its concentrated form. One 32 oz. bottle of concentrate will make 2o 16oz bottles of ready-to-use cleaner. On an inconvenient note, Red Juice is only available at The Clean Team's Web site, so you'll need to order it via phone or the Internet, rather than popping down to your local store.
