Rating Disclaimer
Reviewing products, like reviewing movies or restaurants, is arguably a subjective process (even for well-funded consumer groups) based on the review criteria (what the reviewer considers important) and the unique perspective of the reviewer. Thus, when considering The Housekeeping Channel's reviews, please do not use the numerical product ratings (e.g., "9.5 out of 10") for direct product comparison purposes since these represent the unique 'take' of each reviewer, and will often vary qualitatively and quantitatively from product to product.
Do rely on the text of the reviews for issues to consider when purchasing similar products, and do consider the scientific data supplied (for example, information from the Carpet and Rug Institute's Seal of Approval-related research) that will help you in your decision making process. We believe the "truth" about products can only be discovered by weighing, then averaging, a number of factors and credible viewpoints based on available resources and science, then making buying decisions based on what is important to you.

Mr. Clean MagicReach is a great all-purpose tool for bathrooms. It prevents the need for multiple tools, step ladders and tons of sponges when cleaning one of the dirtiest rooms in the home. Mr. Clean MagicReach’s adjustable handle insures a comfortable cleaning experience for the highs and lows of your bathroom.

The only thing I disliked about the Mr. Clean MagicReach was assembling it. It was difficult to figure out where to put all the different sections, but once I managed to piece it together, the tool was extremely easy to use. Detach the handle to use the cleaning head for cleaning
sinks and fixtures. Attach the handle and extend it to reach all the way to the top of any shower surround.
Lock the handle into a comfortable position and Mr. Clean MagicReach can mop the floors.
The wand portion of the Mr. Clean MagicReach is very strong and allows you to adjust up to four feet. The cleaning head is made of a very durable yet flexible foam and is easy to rinse clean after use. Mr. Clean MagicReach also includes a retractable hook on the end of the handle that makes it easy to hang the tool between uses.
Mr. Clean MagicReach comes with two types of cleaning pads that tuck into the slots at the top of the cleaning head. The general scrubbing pad is perfect for cleaning tubs, sinks, showers and fixtures. The scrubbing pads have a foaming cleanser that does a good job on most surfaces, but is not tough enough to kill mildew. The other pad is prefilled with a light cleaning solution and ready to use for mopping or wiping down sinks and countertops. Toss the pads in the trash after use.
Mr. Clean MagicReach’s cleaning pads should not be used on colored grout or to clean natural stone surfaces. The mopping pads are not designed to be used on natural stone, cultured marble, tile that hasn’t been sealed, or unfinished, oiled or waxed wood floors. Both the cleaning pads and the mopping pads should be tested in a hidden corner on surfaces that are in poor repair or may be sensitive in some other way.
